About the Founder - Dr. Paul OLUBO

Dr. Paul OLUBO has always felt a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Growing up in a small village, he has witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by the underprivileged members of the society. He saw children who had limited access to education, students who struggled to feed, families struggling to provide for basic necessities, and individuals facing discrimination and social injustices.

Dr. Paul OLUBO firmly believes that impacting people with knowledge and making them use whatsoever skill they have is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty, and that everyone deserved an equal chance to succeed.

Motivated by this vision, Dr. Paul OLUBO decided to start his own non-governmental organization (NGO), which he named "IMPACT 23". He began by feeding people with the little he had, having an open door policy to his house for everyone - both young and old, as well as feeding hundreds of people whenever he had the opportunity. He became well known wherever he went and people loved being around him. Through the platform of IMPACT 23, he has been able to reach out to more people and also garner more support from like minds.

With time, Dr. Paul OLUBO's humanitarian passion gained attention and support from those he had helped and inspired years ago and they all joined hands to make it a dream come true; knowing who he was, and what he had achieved with the little he had. The partners believed that so mush could be achieved with more concerted efforts. Local businesses and individuals who resonated with his cause donated funds, materials, and volunteered their time to help him make a difference. Inspired by their shared passion, Impact 23 has grown rapidly, enabling him to expand its reach across the country.

Dr. Paul OLUBO's commitment has inspired others to join his cause. Volunteers, including professionals in various fields, offered their expertise to develop innovative programs and implement effective strategies. With their combined efforts, Impact 23 has been able to impact thousands of lives positively.

Over time, IMPACT 23 has become well known for its transparent operations, impactful projects, and dedication to sustainable development. Dr. Paul OLUBO's vision and leadership has been recognized, and he has gained the attention and admiration of all who have encountered him in one way or the other.

His journey has been filled with challenges and sacrifices, but he has never lost sight of his goal. Through his hard work, determination, and the support of his team, Dr. Paul OLUBO has been able to create an organization that has transformed lives and ignited hope among those who needed it the most.
